PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Full payment is required up front. I do not start working on a project until payment is received.
  • If a client's commission is for personal use only and part of a set (more than three), we can discuss payment plans. Payments are nonrefundable.
  • Circumstances may vary in cases of emergencies and if the commission has not yet been completed. Additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the piece, rushed deadlines, and number of alterations.
  • Every additional character included in a piece is +50% base price (unless otherwise stated on commission advertisements), any NSFW or fetish related art has a flat fee of $30 USD, and detailed backgrounds have a flat fee of $40 USD. Inquire over e-mail or direct message what method of payment works best, I will try my best to accommodate international clients.

    PROCESS

  • The typical turnaround time is between two to six weeks, this may vary for bulk orders and complicated pieces. As mentioned above, rush orders and tight deadlines are accepted with a fee. If I feel like I cannot complete client's request within the given time, I will decline the commission.
  • A sketch will be sent for approval before any further work is done. Client may ask for unlimited revisions in this phase, but once the piece progresses into line art, colors, and/or painting; client is allotted only one round of revisions before it will cost an additional fee. This excludes artist errors like miscolorations.
  • I am allowed to post client's commission (including work in progress pieces) on my social media. If a client does not want their commission (completed or WIP), they must specify. If a client's commission is for personal use only, this does not come with any additional fee; commercial use commissions that are wished to be kept private will come with an additional $50 USD fee.
  • Clients are more than welcome to ask about the status of their commission, I keep a commission queue visible on my Trello as well.

    RIGHTS AND USAGE

  • If a client wishes to use a commission for commercial use (such as but not limited to merchandise, advertisements, promotion, album covers, and Twitch overlays) these rights can be purchased for +120% the original commission total. For example if a commission total is $50 USD, the commercial total would be $110 USD.
  • Commercial work must be credited to me clearly and openly. Work can be credited as vampyrebug or Ken Eliezer and I must be tagged directly on social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, or Tumblr.
  • None of my work or projects I work on may be used in any blockchain technology, including but not limited to NFTs and cryptocurrency. Clients are prohibited to sell or redistribute the work or anything implied as representing the work in any way, via these technologies.
  • None of my work or projects I work on may be used for any AI related technology, including but not limited to AI databases or training. Client is prohibited from using any works, commissions or otherwise, for any AI technologies.
