Selena is best known for her mysterious demeanor. She often refuses to give consistent answers to questions; on several occasions, even giving different last names and family backgrounds. She's lived in Cherryvale her whole life, but attended an academy in Des Moines instead of any of the local schools. The only other things known about Selena is that she claims to work as a professional archivist, claims to not have a cell phone, and she takes great pride in her appearance.

The only person she is shown being truly friendly with is Jet, and their relationships lines tend to seem blurred. The best description for them would be a Situationship, and Selena shows no signs or desires for official commitments and continues to evade serious discussions.
